Sonia Panwar has nearly 20 years of experience in Strategic Management, Mergers and acquisitions, Operational turnaround, Business Modeling, Valuations, and building Strategic Partnerships across diversified sectors in the Indian market and global markets in the US and Europe. At the global Big4 consulting firm Ernst & Young, serving as Assistant Director, she was part of the European asset transactions team taking care of financial and commercial due diligences.

She worked on clients across geographies including the Spain, Poland, Italy, Germany, France, and Australia. During her instance with the B.C. Jindal Group, she led the international mergers and acquisitions for the group across Europe and the Middle East and led 28 transactions pursued by the group in the range of US$ 300k-1 Bn.

At Franchise & Equity India, she handled a portfolio of 40 Indian and Global brands incl. Start-up ventures and SME businesses. She has worked at strategic position with the leading Malaysian Conglomerate Astro Malaysia Holdings Bhd. and assisted in multi-million M&A deals including JVs in Media, Real Estate, and Consumer Segments incl. NDTV Goodtimes, RedFM, FoodFood, and DTH business. She has been managing the operations and involved in business turnarounds, re-vamp, and re-launch of brands besides being responsible for risk management. In her stint with British Telecom and First Rain Financial, she has worked on Financial Analytics and intelligence platforms.

Her quest for academics and exposure ranges from serving as a visiting faculty for over a decade at institutes including Hamdard University, Jagannath Institute of Management (JIMS), All India Institute of Management Association (AIMA), teaching Financial Management and Economics and International Strategy papers. She even served the paper setting and examination boards.-

A CBSE grade XII topper, she graduated in Economics (Hons.) from the Shri Ram College, Delhi University with a Sanwa Bank of Japan Scholarship and is a Gold Medallist in MBA Finance & IT from FMSIT, Hamdard University. She loves to paint and listen to good music in her free time.

He has been instrumental in the execution of various transactions including IPO, PE deals, Project Financing, execution of Annual operating plans, M&A, due diligence and Business valuation.

Joydeep owns a rich experience of 20+ years, responsible for Corporate Affairs, External and Internal Communication, Social Media implementation, Quarterly Newsletters & Annual Reports, communication with an outstanding media reach. He served the Ministry of Energy and Water Afghanistan as a Chief Communication strategist, Fluentgrid Limited as Mass Communication Outreach specialist, Associate Vice President and Account Director with Metigon Enterprises and Adfactors PR respectively.

Gaurav Vashistha – Legal and Taxation
